In the event that your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, please send a photograph of the item(s), along with a description and your order details to customer.services@tricer.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
Please note that without the correct information we will not be able to assess items for you. Once we have this information, a member of our customer service team will be in touch to issue you a replacement or refund. In some circumstances, we may arrange for collection of the items.
